I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University, and I've been hooked on building things ever since. What started as a major I picked on a whim turned into a genuine love for full-stack engineering and system architecture.

At a hackathon I spent hours coding up my first web app and watched MongoDB data actually show up on screen — that's what made me love fullstack development. What I'm most comfortable with however is backend; I'm finding myself reaching for Django most of the time but recently Spring Boot is competing. Lately I've been getting stuck on frontend problems in a way that's drawing me to that side of coding; I'm thinking of getting a Josh Comeau course to satisfy that.

I just graduated and I'm looking for my first full-time role. I'm open to anything — but an experienced team that teaches fast sounds like an amazing start. Eventually I want to break into Big Tech through strong mentorship and real problems to solve.
